Q. What if a property looks different from photos?
Report it using the flag button on any listing. We investigate within 48 hours and remove fraudulent listings immediately.
Q. Is there a minimum stay period?
It depends on the property. Filter by "Short Term" to find listings with minimum stays of just 1 week. Most PGs offer monthly leases.
Q. How do I get my deposit back?
Deposits are handled directly between you and the owner. We recommend documenting the room condition at move-in and getting a written deposit receipt.
